Matt is a driven, dedicated technologist with an innate ability to streamline processes and bridge the gap between technology and the business.  He has more than 15 years of software development and management experience, spanning the medical, environmental and telecommunications sectors.

Specializing in building world-class software development and technology organizations, Matt provides direction based on a customer-focused, quality-centric approach and a firm belief in the importance of intuitive, human-friendly systems that make technology transparent to its users.

Most recently as the Director of Technology at Tyze Personal Networks, he implemented Agile-based software development methodology, provided strategic technology direction and identified and worked with potential partners in various industries. Prior to that, he was at Parasun Technologies / Integrated Broadband Services, where he filled various roles including Director of Research and Development and Director of Process and Planning.  Prior to entering management, Matt spent several years as a software architect / developer for embedded and enterprise platforms.
